We are looking for a hospitality apprentice to join the team in our instore Place to Eat restaurant in Bury St Edmunds, working five out of seven days on a rota basis, 37.5 hours per week. You will be enrolled onto a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 at West Suffolk College, completion of which gains an industry recognised qualification.

Working primarily front of house, you will receive on the job training, as well as remote learning, and will be trained in all aspects of core restaurant hospitality and catering including:

  • Day to day customer engagement
  • Serving food
  • Making and serving drinks
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Taking customer orders
  • Complying with all health and safety legislation
  • Working as part of a team

You will be expected to provide the high level of customer service that Glasswells customers have come to expect.
