An exciting opportunity has arisen for Apprentice Business Administrator to join our admin team at MANNS. MANNS is a highly successful dealership, which is part of CLAAS, the industry leading global agricultural machinery manufacturer. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, reliable and who are enthusiast about building a career within a family run business.

As an Apprentice Business Administrator you will be working for our MANNS dealership based at Saxham, Bury St Edmunds. Your main role will involve:

  • Assisting and supporting the Sales Administrator with whole goods admin
  • Dealing with whole good sales processes
  • Inputting of sales data into dealer management system
  • Export Process
  • DVLA registrations
  • Booking customer operator training
  • Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Sending out of invoices and statements
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with company social media profile
  • Answering telephone enquiries and taking and distributing messages
  • Day to day assistance to ensure the smooth running of the office

MANNS is part of the CLAAS global agricultural machinery business, we sell and service a comprehensive range of high quality harvesting equipment and tractors. Employing over 100 staff, MANNS provide a complete service for their customers from Machinery Sales through to After Sales, Service, Parts supply and Finance support from CLAAS Finance. Between our 7 branches MANNS cover East Anglia, Leicestershire and Kent, selling the full range of CLAAS machinery from 75hp to 500hp tractors, forager harvesters, green harvest products, telescopic handlers and loading shovels through to the flagship LEXION combine range.
