The candidate must be able to work as a member of a team and also work under their own initiative. Previous experience would be favourable in brewing, however, hard work and passion is more important. Day to day contact will be with the head brewer and an assistant brewer. 

Duties include: 

General brewery work, assisting head brewer including, but not limited to:

  • Production and storage of beer
  • Contract bottling of beer
  • Any other reasonable duties with the scope of your ability
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within the workplace
  • Work in a safe manner with consideration of other employees’ safety
  • Follow all relevant procedures
  • Report any safety concerns regarding plant, process or property
  • Work in accordance with the principles of HACCP
  • Marketing and sales support including outside events, web site content, merchandise, brochures etc.


To deliver the daily production requirements as indicated by the head brewer and/or assistant brewer in a safe and timely manner whilst maintaining the best possible standards of quality and hygiene to make our exceptional products.


  • L2 Diploma in Food and Drink Operations
