About this Opportunity:

This is a good all round introduction to Beauty Therapy programme. The programme is a mixture of theory and practical work. You will cover the basics of beauty therapy and human anatomy, together with health, safety and hygiene regulations. Once achieved you may progress onto the higher level.

Cost of Course:

If you are 16 – 18 there are no course fees payable, however you may have some costs associated with uniform, equipment, visits etc.If you are 19 or over you will be asked to pay course fees unless you are receiving a means tested benefit, are on Job Seekers Allowance or are an asylum seeker. If you are on a low income please contact our Guidance and Support centre on 01493 418309 for advice.


EMA:

If you're 16 to 19 you may be able to get up to £30 a week while you're on this course.  This is called Education Maintenance Allowance or EMA.
