Are you
If so, a Young Apprenticeship (YA) could be a good choice for you.
What is a Young Apprenticeship?
A Young Apprenticeship programme allows you to study for vocational qualifications not just in the classroom but in college, with training providers and in the workplace too. You will still be based in school, and follow the core National Curriculum subjects, but for two days a week (or equivalent) you also work towards nationally recognised vocational qualifications such as NVQs.
If you complete the programme, you may be able to move more quickly towards a full-time Apprenticeship in your chosen area. However, you could also decide to stay on in full-time education, either at school or college.
Check with your teachers whether Young Apprenticeships are available at your school.
