If you are looking for careers advice you can telephone a Careers Adviser on 0800 100 900. The National Careers Service offers careers information and advice for young people and is open between 8am and 10pm every day. You can visit their website https://nationalcareersservice.direct.gov.uk

If you are looking for an Apprenticeship or Traineeship you can search for vacancies at the National Apprenticeships Service website www.apprenticeships.org.uk register to apply for vacancies online and to send and track your applications.

If you are aged 16-19 and currently unemployed call our Helpline on 0344 800 8022. We can talk you through your options and if you need more in-depth help make you an appointment with a Guidance Adviser.

If you are concerned about your A Level or GCSE results the Exam Results Helpline opens at 6am on Thursday 14th August. Contact them on 0808 100 8000 to get advice on a whole range of topics including qualifications and subject choices; re-sits and re-marks; sixth form, college, university and other education choices; gap years; vocational learning, funding and employment.
